What we do

PTM Trust and Estate Law is a law firm in Gainesville, FL. The firm focuses on estate planning, probates, trusts, guardianships, and title actions. We work hard to make sure we provide our clients with excellent service. We take a lot of pride in the work we do, and we want our clients to know we appreciate them. Blakely S. Moore

Meet Attorney Blakely Moore, one of PTM’s Managing Partners. Blake is a UF Law graduate, as well as a self proclaimed “trust law nerd.” He focuses his practice on helping people protect their loved ones and themselves with creative estate plans and helping fiduciaries administer trusts or probate estates. Blake is based out of PTM’s office in Gainesville, Florida, but offers free consultations via telephone and video conferencing services as well.

Kaytlin M. Keen

Meet Attorney Kaytlin Keen, one of PTM’s Managing Partners. Kaytlin is a Florida native, UF Law graduate, and former Assistant State Attorney who now focuses on exploitation injunction matters, fiduciary litigation, guardianships, and premarital agreements (also known as “prenups”). Kaytlin is currently based out of Lakeland, Florida, but is often found traveling across the state for various home visits and hearings!

Angela Moore

Meet Paralegal Angela Moore! PTM Trust and Estate Law would be lost without Angela! She has experience drafting revocable trusts, special needs trusts, community property trusts, irrevocable trusts, designation of health care surrogates, durable power of attorneys, declaration of preneed guardians, last will and testaments, and lady bird deeds.

Kamryn Senn

Meet our Administrative Assistant, Kamryn Senn! Kamryn is likely the first person you will speak with after calling the firm. She is warm, friendly, and ready to find a time for you to meet with the rest of the staff.
